Madison R. Schoen is an Associate Attorney at Stockton & Kandt, LLC, where she focuses her practice on Estate Planning and Elder Law. Madison is dedicated to helping clients navigate important life decisions with clarity and confidence, ensuring that their loved ones and legacies are protected for the future.

Originally from Arizona, Madison earned her bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University before obtaining her Juris Doctor from the University of Kansas School of Law, where she completed advanced coursework in Wills, Trusts, and Elder Law. Her academic focus on advocacy and client counseling laid the foundation for her thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to estate planning.

During law school, Madison gained hands-on experience working directly with clients through internships at a personal injury firm and the Wyandotte County District Attorney’s Office. These experiences strengthened her ability to listen with empathy, explain complex legal concepts clearly, and advocate effectively — skills she now applies to helping families develop comprehensive estate plans tailored to their unique goals and circumstances.

Outside the office, Madison enjoys spending time with her husband and their chocolate lab. She loves cooking, playing pickleball, and exploring the outdoors through fishing, camping, and travel.
